UTAC Millbrook Hydrogen Powered Vehicle Facility 

We have recently completed a project for our client UTAC Millbrook. This new building has enabled a facility for the testing of hydrogen powered vehicles.

The building originally started off as an open plan garage with three roller shutter doors, it has now been converted into two garages with partitioned office areas and two new roller doors. It was necessary to modify the front elevation with new steelworks to suit new roller shutters and pedestrian door. Internally, services were re-arranged including power, data, air, and fire alarms.

It was also essential that a hydrogen detection system be installed, this was completed alongside all appropriate roof and low-level ventilation.
